TOURS GENERAL CONDITIONS

The contract is regulated by the International Rules governing travelling and particularly by the article 90/314/CE.
Once you have decided on one of our Tours please do fill every part of our form. The same will have validity only upon our final e-mail confirmation. We reserve the right to alter our Tour itineraries due to conditions beyond our control or eventual cancellation for inclement weather. In the remote case we have to cancel our Tour we will either propose an alternative solution or you will be refunded in full (just our Tour cost, not your airline tickets or other extras). All participants should follow common rules of prudence and diligence; participants are personally responsible for all eventual damages created towards the organisation for their misbehaviour and for his/her personal health. Eventual particular needs will be satisfied only if communicated before your departure and only if realizable. We do provide an Italian insurance for everyone of you from the moment you land at Milan/Malpensa International Airport till the moment you leave, but we encourage that you carry your personal Australian, U.S., UK etc... (or local) insurance as well. For any kind of controversy the place of jurisdiction will be the residence of the organisation.

As already specified above, we can provide a Swiss insurance for any accident that may occur to our cycling clients during the ride/s. When NOT already included in Tour price, the cost of this insurance will vary and will either cover 1 (one) day ride or more (consecutive or not consecutive) days (we repeat -if not specifically already included in the Tour cost-).
This particular extra insurance is optional and only up to the/our clients as long as they provide us with some kind of proof OR CONFIRM US that they are well insured for outdoor acitivities/holiday activity at their place of origin.
You have to make sure that your persona travel insurance covers also outdoor activity/sport, including cycling.
Please provide us an insurance number and the name of the insurance and the insurance emergency number as well. If NOT we need you to sign a disclaimer stating that Lake Como Cycling will not be responsible for any accident (wheter third party is involved or not)

Liability policy: Lake Como Cycling is not liable for bodily injury or property damage as a result of (but not limited to) participants' physical exertion. Lake Como Cycling is also not liable for property damage or bodily damage as a result of forces of nature; travel by plane, train, auto, bike, boat or other transportation. Lake Como Cycling is not liable for accidents caused by consumption of alcoholic beverages; civil unrest; terrorism; breakdown of equipment; high altitude; lack of or limited access to medical attention in remote locations; and the adequacy of medical attention once provided. Lake Como Cycling is also not liable for expenses not specified as included in the trip, but which may be required to get to or from a trip start or end. Lake Como Cycling reserves the right to make route and hotel modifications as necessary for the comfort and safety of participants. Lake Como Cycling may take photographs or make film records of its trips for promotional and commercial use, as well as approving such use by third parties without financial remuneration.

A ride or a rental scheduled much in advance (to secure availability!) cannot be refunded with just a short notice.
